On the nose are delightful aromas of pear and citrus fruits, which blend elegantly with hints of floral and yeast. The light and playful citrus aromas continue in the flavor, and is smooth and round in the mouth. The finish is round, and the lighter citrus flavors give way to playful note of grapefruit.
While California’s North Coast is best known for its towering redwood trees and wild park country, it has steadily become renown for its vineyards, which produce distinctive and flavorful grapes due to the region’s unique micro-climates. The vineyards of the North Coast are exposed to the cool fog and breezy winds of the Pacific Ocean, allowing for an extended ripening period that produces wines with tremendous depth of flavor. The cool climate also contributes to the particular zestfulness for which the region’s sparkling wines are famous.

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, master winemaker Penny Gadd-Coster has produced a truly unique and wonderful Brut.
